Assisted Living Residences

• Our 60 residences on three floors offer a diverse mix of 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 571 square feet to 967 square feet. All floors are reachable by stairs or central elevator.
• Each residence features a full kitchen, including a range, refrigerator and dishwasher, living room, bedroom, private bath with a shower unit, washer and dryer, ample closet space, telephone hook-ups and a 24-hour response system.  There are two floor plans that offer a master bathroom as well as a guest ½ bathroom.  One floor plan features a private balcony off of the living room.
• Select your residence, bring your own furnishings, decorate, and choose to cook in your own kitchen or come to the Dining Room for meals.  Your home means your choices.
• Cable television, all utilities and three meals per day are included in your monthly rent.

Memory Care Assisted Living Suites

• Our Memory Care Suites offer a comfortable, private alternative to an institutional setting designed to feel more like ‘home’ while at the same time providing each resident with personalized care and a secure environment with controlled access that allows our customers to live as independently as possible.  Our Memory Care Suites feature an inviting, spacious dining room and activity room as well as private lounges for more intimate gatherings. All Memory Care Suites include a kitchenette, private bathroom and 2 emergency reponse systems.

Respite/Short Stay Suites

• Available for individuals who need a place to stay for a short period of time. 
• Includes a furnished apartment, linens & towels, meals, emergency reponse, all utilities, TV, phone, laundry & housekeeping.
• Includes full health service package ( health monitored by licensed nurse, medicine management, dressing assistance, transfer assistance, bathroom assistance and 24 hour on-site staff)

Social, Leisure and Spiritual Choices

• Our grand fireplace room is the perfect place to host a book group, hold a Rotary Club meeting, take classes, have a scrapbooking club or participate in other enriching activities.
• Catch up on the latest news or e-mail or talk online with family and friends from our media room and library.
• Get personal attention at the hair salon for men and women.
• Attend spiritual services of multiple denominations led in the community room or access First Lutheran Church by walking through the indoor link.

Safe, Worry Free Living

• Don't want to shovel snow? Don't worry. We provide all maintenance, landscaping and snow removal.
• Trained healthcare professionals are on duty 24 hours per day and are there for you to assist with any healthcare needs.
• We provide a secure centralized entry area, so only guests that you want to visit can do so.
• If you're traveling, we provide "While You're Away Service," such as watering plants, collecting mail, etc.
